The Telestial Kingdom will be the eternal home of those who did not accept the gospel during mortal life, nor while they were suffering in hell to cleanse themselves of their sins. Its innumerable trillions of inhabitants will include murderers, adulterers, thieves, whoremongers, sorcerers, and liars. Though it is the least of the three kingdoms of heaven, its glory supasses all mortal understanding.

Those assigned to the Telestial Kingdom will be ministered to by the Holy Ghost and by angels, but Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will never visit them. They will be unable to bear further children, and the family bonds they had during their mortal lives will not continue through eternity.
